About the event

The Friends of Artist Lake Fairview Condominiums are excited to extend a warm invitation to all members of our community for a joyous Holiday Party at the Artist Lake Clubhouse.

Festive Entertainment & Engaging Activities

Last year’s holiday gathering was an immense success, fostering an atmosphere of warmth and holiday joy. This year's event promises to surpass the previous edition, offering an even greater platform for the community to socialize, bond and develop neighborly friendships.

Moreover, our favorite character Buddy the Elf will be making a return. Parents are encouraged to bring a wrapped gift for their child and place it under the decorated christmas tree, ensuring Buddy can spread some extra joy to the children.

For our younger attendees, exciting games will be organized, promising an afternoon of joy and laughter. We may even have activities designed to entertain the adults, so everyone can join in the fun and laughter.

Community Engagement Through Shared Delights

In the spirit of togetherness and camaraderie, everyone is encouraged to share their favorite homemade dishes and desserts with the community. The collective feast of home-prepared delicacies will add delightful personal touch to the event and further strengthens the bonds between neighbors.

Let the Festive Attire Shine – Ugly Sweater Contest for Adults

Adding a touch of fun to the affair, there will be an "Ugly Sweater" contest for the adults. Dig out your most festive and eccentric sweaters to participate in this engaging and good-natured competition.

The Artist Lake community eagerly anticipates this opportunity to come together and celebrate the holiday season. The gathering promises to be a fantastic occasion, providing an avenue for shared joy, laughter, and a chance to create deeper connections among neighbors.

How to Join the Festivities

In an effort to help cover the costs associated with the celebrations, tickets will be available for purchase. The cost for the use the clubhouse is $300 plus event insurance. We’ve set the admission fee at $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Your contribution of $10 will be allocated toward food, soft drinks and snacks. Anticipate a yummy spread featuring pizza, hero sandwiches, salads, and an array of refreshing drinks. We also encourage attendees to bring their preferred beverages to complement the soft drinks, pizza and hero offerings.
